I have always wanted to visit Japan during cherry blossom season and this travel wish of mine finally came true this past spring season! I was lucky to plan a trip with some friends and even though I consider myself the type of traveler that can do both planned and spontaneous things, I knew that there were certain things I wanted to see/do. So I took care of researching places to sightsee, while my friends planned places they wanted to eat. My first stop was to visit relatives in Taiwan. It was a short trip so I basically just shopped and ate my way through the night markets haha. Part 2 is where all the Japan goodness is posted.
